FAQ

HOW OFTEN WILL YOU UPDATE THIS SITE?

We'll be making more updates as we get closer to this site. Please stay tuned!

WHEN IS THE DEADLINE TO RSVP?

Please RSVP by April 19th. We can't  wait to celebrate with those who can make the journey. We also completely understand that the journey might be too far for some, or the timing may not be right. We hope to find time to celebrate with everyone whenever that may be.

ARE THERE ANY PRE-WEDDING EVENTS?

Join us in Protaras from September 2nd to 5th for beach fun, with official events on the 4th & 5th. We'll then move to Casale Panayotis from the 6th to 9th.

WHAT IS THE SCHEDULE FOR THE WEDDING DAY?

We will be having a late afternoon ceremony followed by evening cocktails and dinner. The festivities will continue with dancing and drinks into the night until 1:30 am.

An exact agenda will be provided closer to the wedding date.

WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED ON THE WEDDING DAY?

We will be providing transportation for guests from Casasle Panayotis to the venue and back.

More details on timing to come.

ARE CHILDREN INVITED?

We're delighted to share that some children from our immediate family will be joining us for the celebration. However, due to limited seating, we kindly request alternative arrangements for other guests' children. If finding alternative arrangements for your kids poses a challenge, please reach out to us. We're happy to discuss options and make arrangements to accommodate everyone as best as we can.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

We suggest a Festive Cocktail attire. This typically means semi-formal attire with a touch of celebration. Think chic dresses or dressy separates for women, and suits or dress shirts with trousers for men. Daytime temperatures can reach 30°C, but evenings may cool to 12°C in the mountains.

WHERE CAN WE FIND YOUR REGISTRY?

Your presence is present enough, but if you wish to give a gift, a financial contribution to our honeymoon and house fund would be greatly appreciated!

WHAT CURRENCY DO WE NEED?

The Euro is the currency in Cyprus, and credit cards are widely accepted throughout the country.

ANYTHING WE SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THE CLIMATE?

Late August/Early September Weather in Cyprus:

Coast: Day: 28°C to 35°C, Night: 20°C to 25°C. Minimal rainfall.

Mountains: Day: 22°C to 30°C, Night: 15°C to 20°C. Mostly sunny with occasional showers.

WHAT IS THE TRANSPORTATION SITUATION?

Renting a Car: For those considering renting a car, the process is straightforward with various options available. Costs typically range from €25 to €50 per day, depending on the vehicle type and rental duration. It's important to factor in additional expenses such as insurance and GPS, which may increase the overall cost. Keep in mind that Cyprus follows left-side driving.

Taxis and Ride-Hailing Apps: In the absence of Uber, reliable taxi services and taxi apps are readily accessible in Cyprus. Popular ride-hailing apps like Bolt, Cabcy, and nTaxi are available for convenient transportation. Alternatively, for those who prefer traditional taxi services, iTaxi provides an English-language website for booking trips.
